General Rules
- Your entry must be a metal Games Workshop miniature produced before the year 2000.
- ... Or a relevant thematic plastic miniature.
- ... Ask me (IG, YouTube) if you’re not sure.
- Your entry must be painted entirely by you.
- Conversions, i.e back banners, head swaps, etc. are allowed.
- Alterations to conceal issues with the original sculpts are allowed.
- Your entry must have a green base, ideally in the old (pre 2000’s) Eavy Metal style.
- The competition runs until end of day 31st May 2025.
- Be aware that your entries will be reposted on various platforms with your full credit.
- Rules are subject to change.
Judging
- The competition will be judged by me.
- I will try and minimized my own bias.
- However for disclosures sake I am a 10ft tall blood-drinking cyber-lizard.
- Therefore other robo-reptilians might receive higher marks.
Social Tags and Entry
- Use the hashtag #OldendemonWIP for work in progress shots.

- The final day for entries is 31st May 2025 (end of day) GMT.
- Alternate views of your final entry are -strongly- encouraged.
- ... So don't just paint one side.
Winners and Prizes
- There will be two categories Sci-Fi and Fantasy.
- You can enter both categories but one submission per category.
- Both categories will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
- In addition 5 or more entries will be marked as commended.
- Prizes for 2025 are TBC.
- Winners will be announced in June 2025 on YouTube.
